Procedure

1. With smooth agitation, add the Protamate Foaming Concentrate of Phase A to the deionized water.
2. Heat to 40 C.
3. Mix until uniform and add the Protaquat ISL.
4. Premix Phase B and add to Phase A. Premix Phase C and add to Phases A and B.
5. Add Phase D and mix.
6. Adjust the pH with citric acid to 5.0 – 6.0. Use sodium chloride to adjust viscosity.
