- Heat ingredients A to 65 C.
- Heat ingredients B to 65 C.
- Add B to A using homogenizing agitation.
- Switch to propeller agitation and sprinkle in C. Combine D and add to the batch.
- Switch to counter-sweep agitation.
- Cool to 40 C.
- Add in E, F, G, H, and I one at a time.
- Mix thoroughly between each addition.
- Cool to room temperature.
