B Procol CS-20-D (Cetearyl Alcohol and Ceteareth-20) (Protameen) 1.00
C Celluflow TA-25 (Cellulose Acetate) (Presperse) 0.50
D Triethanolamine 99% 0.12
D Deionized Water 1.00
E Unicide U-13 (Imidazolidinyl Urea) (Protameen) 0.30
F Aloe Moist( (Aloe Vera Gel (and) Glyceryl Polymethacrylate (and) Propylene Glycol) (Available through Protameen) 10.00
G Chamomile Extract (Carrubba B2501) 0.10
H Vitamin E Acetate (Protameen) 1.00
I D&C; Green #5 (2% aq.) 0.05
I FD&C; Yellow #5 (1% aq.) 0.05
  • Heat ingredients A to 65 C.
  • Heat ingredients B to 65 C.
  • Add B to A using homogenizing agitation.
  • Switch to propeller agitation and sprinkle in C. Combine D and add to the batch.
  • Switch to counter-sweep agitation.
  • Cool to 40 C.
  • Add in E, F, G, H, and I one at a time.
  • Mix thoroughly between each addition.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Add the first five ingredients and warm to dissolve the Protaphenone-3.
  • Cool the product to 40 c and add in the remaining items while mixing.
