- With smooth agitation, add the Unicide U-13 to the DI Water.
- Heat to 65c and add the Methylparaben. Mix until dissolved.
- Add in the Glycerin, Protamate Foaming Concentrate and the Protamate 6000DS. Mix until uniform.
- Blend in the fragrance and dyes.
- Adjust the formulation to the desired pH with citric acid and viscosity with sodium chloride.
